Who we are

Ruwa Advisory is a UAE-based career, relocation and community consultancy. We support professionals choosing the Emirates through one-time service packages, optional add-ons, 1:1 coaching sessions, and community events. We are licensed under the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development and Abu Dhabi Registration Authority (Licence No. CN-5907826).

Information we collect

  • Full name, email, phone number, nationality and LinkedIn profile.
  • Employment history, CVs, academic records and career goals you share with us.
  • Order, billing and transaction data processed by our payment providers (Stripe and Tabby). We do not store your full card details.
  • Service preferences, survey responses, testimonials and feedback.
  • Booking details when you schedule a session.
  • Technical data such as device, browser type, IP address and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

How we use your data

  • To fulfil your orders and deliver your packages, add-ons and sessions.
  • To process payments, issue invoices and manage your bookings and account.
  • To send updates about your order, service timeline, revisions or sessions.
  • To provide access to digital products and order confirmations.
  • To improve our website, offerings and communication, and personalise your experience.
  • To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and Tabby (split into instalments). All prices are in AED with 5% VAT included where applicable. Your card data is encrypted and handled by these providers; it is not stored by Ruwa Advisory.

Use of AI & automation tools

We may use ethical AI and automation tools to improve service quality and efficiency. No service is fully delivered by AI, all final outputs are reviewed and completed by qualified human professionals to ensure accuracy, privacy and personalisation.

Cookies and web tracking

We use necessary cookies to operate the site and secure your cart and checkout. Cookies for marketing measurement are used only with your consent, which we ask for via the cookie banner on your first visit; you can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only: with trusted providers needed to deliver our services (such as Stripe and Tabby for payments, and Calendly where used for scheduling); with legal or regulatory authorities where required by UAE law; and internally within Ruwa Advisory to provide your service.

We store data on secure, access-controlled platforms. Payment data is encrypted and held by our payment providers, not by us. We apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.

Data retention

We keep your data only as long as necessary to deliver your service, support revisions, and meet legal, compliance or reporting obligations.

  • Ask for corrections or deletion where legally applicable.
