Services covered

These Terms apply to all individual (B2C) services offered through this website, including our one-time service packages (e.g. Essentials, Professional and Executive), optional add-ons, 1:1 coaching and advisory sessions, relocation preparation coaching, community events, and digital product downloads. Each service is subject to its own description, inclusions and delivery model as shown at the time of purchase. Services are delivered digitally by default unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Booking and fulfilment

Purchases are made through this website. Where a service includes a 1:1 session, scheduling may be handled through a booking tool such as Calendly, linked after purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and any required intake form or information has been submitted.

  • Service delivery begins only after we have received all required information (intake forms, documents or briefs).
  • Delays in your submissions will adjust timelines and do not qualify for refunds or extensions.
  • If the required intake is not completed within 7 calendar days of purchase, we may forfeit the service with no refund.

Turnaround, revisions and rescheduling

Standard turnaround is 3-7 business days from receipt of full client input. Express options may be available for a fee and must be confirmed in writing at booking. Where a CV or LinkedIn service includes a complimentary revision, it must be requested within 7 calendar days of final delivery; additional revisions are charged separately. For 1:1 sessions, one reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are treated as completed and are non-refundable. If we ever need to reschedule due to an emergency or technical issue, we will inform you promptly and deliver within a reasonable timeframe.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe (card, Apple Pay and Google Pay) and Tabby (which lets you split the cost into instalments).

  • Currency: all services and products are priced and billed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED). You are responsible for any foreign-exchange, bank or card-issuer fees.
  • VAT: Value Added Tax (5%) is included where applicable. Please confirm your total before paying.
  • Completion: no service delivery begins, and no digital products are released, until full payment has been received and all required information submitted.
  • One-time model: unless stated otherwise, all services and products are one-time purchases with no automatic renewals or recurring subscriptions.

Chargebacks

Please contact us to resolve any payment issue before initiating a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without first seeking resolution may result in suspension of service and recovery of additional fees.

Refund and cancellation policy

Due to the customised, high-touch nature of our services, all sales are final once payment is made. Once a booking is confirmed, our time, expertise and resources are allocated to you, so we do not offer refunds or cancellations for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction with outcomes, or failure to use the service within the agreed timeframe. Refunds are considered only in rare cases: a proven duplicate payment due to a technical error (minus payment-processor fees), or confirmed non-delivery where we failed to initiate or complete the work and offered no resolution. Digital products

Because digital products are delivered instantly and irrevocably, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. Digital products are provided for personal, single-user, non-transferable use only; you may not resell, redistribute, share, modify or republish them without prior written permission.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and truthful information, participate actively in sessions, and honour the timelines and process we set out. Failure to cooperate, submit materials or attend scheduled sessions may affect outcomes.

Results disclaimer

We provide professional tools and strategic coaching to strengthen your employability, confidence and readiness for the UAE market. We do not guarantee job placements, promotions, interviews or employer responses. Outcomes depend on your qualifications, timing, market conditions, effort and factors beyond our control. We are not liable for missed opportunities due to client delay, application outcomes, employer or recruiter decisions, or misuse of guidance provided.

Relocation advisory disclaimer

Our relocation preparation coaching and resources are informational tools to help you prepare for a professional move to the UAE, navigating the job market, cultural expectations, CV/LinkedIn adaptation, interview norms and practical orientation. This is not immigration consulting, legal advice, visa processing or relocation-agent services. You are responsible for independently verifying UAE government procedures, visa and labour requirements, and employer-specific protocols.

Community events

Where we run workshops, networking circles or community sessions, places may be limited and details (date, location, capacity) are shown at the time of registration. We may adjust or reschedule events with appropriate notice.

B2B services and contracts

Corporate services, including talent placement, talent-acquisition consulting, contract work and training, are offered only through signed B2B agreements negotiated separately, and are not sold or delivered via this website.

Confidentiality & data protection

We safeguard your personal data and the confidentiality of your career journey, and handle information shared with us with the utmost care. We collect and store data solely to deliver your service and maintain quality, and we never sell, rent or trade your information. Conduct & defamation

You agree to use our services respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, abuse, defamation or misuse of our services, team or platforms will not be tolerated, and we may terminate services without refund in such cases. Any attempt to defame or harm the reputation of Ruwa Advisory may be subject to legal action under UAE law.

Intellectual property

All materials, documents, tools and resources we provide, including CVs, LinkedIn content, templates, coaching notes, guides and digital products, are proprietary and confidential. You agree not to share, distribute, resell or publicly post our deliverables, use our IP to build competing services, or present our work as your own, without written permission. Our brand names, service titles and content are protected under UAE copyright and commercial-practice laws.

Termination of services

We may decline, suspend or terminate services if a client is abusive, repeatedly fails to provide required inputs, misuses our IP or brand, breaches these Terms, or violates UAE law. In such cases no refunds are issued and access to pending services may be revoked.

Limitation of personal liability

Ruwa Advisory is a licensed legal entity. All services are delivered through the entity, and no personal liability extends to its founders, affiliates, contractors or employees.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance. We encourage you to review them regularly.
