At this year’s Tawdheef × Zaheb, Ruwa Advisory founder Elezebeth Netto led the session “Emiratisation in the Private Sector: A Guide for Job Seekers” and spent the days running back-to-back mock interviews with Emirati talent - part of the event’s Mock Interviews experience, brought to you by Informa Connect.
Walking into Tawdheef × Zaheb 2025, seeing the room fill up, hearing the questions, the stories, the dreams… it reminded me exactly why I built Ruwa Advisory. This workshop wasn’t just about Emiratisation in the Private Sector - it was about confidence, clarity, and helping young talent see what they’re truly capable of.
I met Emirati youth who showed up hungry to learn, willing to try, and ready to grow. I met women returning to the workforce with courage in their eyes. I met fresh graduates who only needed one conversation to shift their mindset. And being able to guide them - even for a moment - is something I’ll never take for granted.
At Ruwa, our heart has always been with the UAE community - supporting Emiratis and expats who want to take their first step, their next step, or their bravest step yet.
If today’s workshop helped even one person walk out with more confidence than they walked in with… it was worth every second.
